Fine Jewelry and Diamond Design Consultant

Lauren B is seeking a very driven, detail oriented sales associate to join our growing team. This amazing individual will assist customers in the engagement ring design process; from sourcing and selecting center diamonds to overseeing production of the design details along with delivery of the finished product and all payments associated with the sale. Our current team consists of professionals who all work together to create the most interactive and seamless diamond and engagement ring shopping experience around. At Lauren B, we separate ourselves from the competition by putting a huge focus on digital marketing and are continually updating our website and all social media. This drives a constant flow of inquiries from clients across the world so there are always opportunities to engage with potential clients either through e-mail or in store appointments. We have over 500 different ring styles in our catalog and all are available for custom order so the ability to show your creative side is there. We are always looking for new and innovative ways to promote our products so we value people who bring more than just a sales mentality to the table.

Full-time Sales Opportunities

• Must be proficient with computer skills and communicating via e-mail as many transactions are done remotely.
• Prior Jewelry/Diamond industry knowledge or experience is a plus
• GIA Diamond Essentials online course prior to starting
• Polished/professional and well-spoken character traits are of importance and prior diamond and sales experience is a must.
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Full knowledge of computer and Internet based applications are required.
• Availability to work on Sundays as many potential clients request weekend appointments
