CADAR is seeking an experienced Logistics, Inventory & After-Sales Coordinator to oversee inventory operations, logistics coordination, and after-sales processes across the business.
This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with at least 3 to 5 years of experience managing inventory and operational logistics within a luxury environment. Experience in fine jewelry, luxury fashion, watches, accessories, or high-value products is strongly preferred.
The position combines hands-on operational execution with analytical inventory oversight and requires a strong understanding of stock accuracy, product handling, ERP systems, and luxury operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Reception & Quality Control
- Receive incoming merchandise, finished products, and components from suppliers and manufacturers.
- Perform detailed physical and administrative receiving checks, including quantities, references, purchase orders, and product compliance.
- Conduct quality control inspections according to CADAR standards and escalate any discrepancies or defects when necessary.
- Ensure accurate product identification, tagging, and ERP registration.
2. Inventory Organization & Stock Management
- Maintain secure, organized, and traceable inventory storage across all product categories.
- Ensure proper handling procedures for high-value luxury jewelry and delicate materials.
- Manage stock locations and maintain accurate inventory traceability within ERP systems.
- Implement operational best practices to optimize organization, accessibility, and efficiency.
3 . Logistics & Order Fulfillment
- Prepare and verify orders for boutique transfers, client deliveries, wholesale shipments, and internal operations.
- Ensure accuracy across picking, packing, labeling, and shipping documentation.
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments with logistics partners and monitor delivery follow-up when required.
- Maintain packaging and presentation standards aligned with the CADAR luxury experience.
4 . Inventory Control & Reporting
- Maintain full ownership of stock accuracy and inventory integrity.
- Execute periodic inventory counts and cycle counts.
- Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
- Monitor inventory movements and maintain real-time system updates.
- Track inventory KPIs including stock accuracy, aging, and turnover.
5 . After-Sales Operations
- Coordinate all physical flows related to repairs, returns, exchanges, and after-sales services.
- Track items sent to workshops, suppliers, or repair partners and ensure timely follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records and timelines for all after-sales activity.
- Collaborate closely with customer service, production, retail, and wholesale teams.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in inventory management, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain coordination within a luxury environment.
- Experience in fine jewelry, luxury fashion, watches, accessories, or high-value goods strongly preferred.
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of inventory control and stock management principles.
- Experience working with ERP and inventory management systems (Odoo experience is a plus).
- Advanced organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and inventory reporting tools preferred.
