Role Description
As a Client Advisor, you will bring CADAR’s vision to life through personalized, high-touch service. You’ll be the face of the brand in our new flagship, cultivating trust and connection while achieving individual and boutique sales goals.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about fine jewelry and craftsmanship — a natural relationship builder with emotional intelligence, style, and a love of luxury retail.
What You'll Do
- Deliver a best-in-class client experience and consistently exceed sales goals.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships through thoughtful, personalized clienteling.
- Leverage CRM tools to drive repeat business and increase client loyalty.
- Host private appointments and boutique events to create memorable experiences.
- Serve as a trusted brand ambassador, sharing CADAR’s story with authenticity and sophistication.
- Support day-to-day boutique operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, and after-sales service.
