Laurel Meadows Wellness & Rehabilitation is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a weekday night shift position. This role is ideal for nurses who prefer night hours, while still working in a stable, resident-focused skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
Complete accurate documentation (PCC, care plans, MDS as applicable)
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Participate in shift reports and hand-offs
Respond to emergencies and report incidents appropriately
Qualifications
Active Missouri RN or LPN license (required)
Graduate of an accredited nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
