Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
- Complete accurate documentation (PCC, care plans, MDS as applicable)
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Participate in shift reports and hand-offs
- Respond to emergencies and report incidents appropriately
- Active Missouri RN or LPN license (required)
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
