Location: 201 Franklin Farm Ln, Chambersburg, PA 17202
Laurel Lakes Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is a 186 bed skilled nursing facility. We are seeking a Receptionist to work As Needed Evenings (4pm-8pm) & Rotating Weekends (8am-4pm) or (4pm-8pm).
Requirements of the Receptionist:
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED
- Ability to type and use general office equipment is required. Proper telephone etiquette and ability to operate multiline telephone system desired.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be knowledgeable of computer systems, system applications, and other office equipment.
- Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical / drug screen
Job Description & Duties:
- Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries
- Answers multi line phone
- Monitors entrances and fire alarms
- Performs clerical tasks
- Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges
- Maintain a safe and clean reception area
