Roxbury Treatment Center is currently hiring part-time receptionists to work in the evenings every Monday & Thursday (3:30pm - 8pm) and every Saturday (9am - 5pm) in our administration department.
Job Role/Responsibilities:
The receptionist plays a crucial role in managing front desk operations, providing administrative support, and ensuring a positive first impression for visitors. Key responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing phone calls on a multi-line phone, handling mail and packages, and maintaining a welcoming environment.

Qualifications
Requirements:
Must have effective oral, telephonic, and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Must have the ability to type 45 wpm with working knowledge of word processing and computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Must possess good organizational and time management skills, must be a team player.
