• Hourly Wage Estimate: $22.00 hourly benefits with CRSS certification
• Schedule: Full-time status with weekend rotations
• Shift:11am-7pm with every other weekend rotation (Sat & Sun)

Bourbonnais Terrace is a Specialized Mental Health and Rehab Facility (SMHRF), providing care to the non-aggressive (adult) mentally ill/behavior health population. Located in a quiet suburban neighborhood with a leadership team that has been here for many years. What makes us unique:

The primary purpose of this position is to assist mental health personnel and other Recovery and Rehabilitation Support Service team members in providing recovery support services to consumers under the direction and supervision of QMHP (Qualified Mental health Professional)

Example of Daily Duties:

Collaborate with consumer and treatment team in facilitating therapeutic treatment plans.

Provide full-time recovery and support services to consumers.

Participate in discharge planning meeting to facilitate coordination of discharge services.

Group counseling to address issues related to wellness and recovery.

Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS)

• Minimum 21 years of age
• High school graduate or GED certificate
• Basic computer skills
• CRSS required, defined as Certified Recovery Support Specialist by the Illinois Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse Professional Certification Association.
• Experience in the field of services with adults or children with psychiatric needs.
• Experience with the SMHRF Provider's structure preferred.
• Experienced CRSS preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Prolonged periods of sitting, walking, and standing.
• Ability to physically and emotionally assist in emergency situations including behavioral emergencies, facility evacuations, etc.
