Filing Clerk

Job Description

Reports to: Office Manager

Full Time Position

M-F (7:30 AM - 4:30PM)

Summary: The Filing Clerk is responsible for organizing records in an efficient and correct manner, enabling easy and quick retrieval.

Essential Duties:

• Basic working knowledge of filing methods
• Detailed-oriented and highly organized
• Accurately file paperwork and files in correct locations
• Remain fully compliant with Company HR trainings
• Maintain a professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe, and grooming
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to bend to file
• Ability to lift boxes over 10 pounds
• Ability to work in hot and cold environments at times
• Must be focused, detail oriented and very thorough
