Job Description
Reports to: Office Manager
Full-Time Position
M-F (7:30AM - 4:30PM)
Summary: The Accounts Payable Admin supports the Accounting Department by processing invoices, maintaining accurate financial records, completing internal reconciliations, and assisting with other accounting and compliance tasks.
- Assist in posting all invoice types; including parts, vendors, store-to-store, internal, and no-tax invoices
- Prepare outside delivery checks as needed
- Review receipts, coding and approvals for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain accurate account records and support month-end reconciliation tasks
- Prepare outside delivery checks and maintain documentation related to payments
- Collect, verify, and maintain W-9's and certificates of insurance
- Issue 1099's and assist with all accounting year-end tasks and reporting requirements
- Remains fully compliant with Company HR training
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude, wardrobe and grooming
- Other tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be flexible and adaptable with changing priorities
- Strong organizational skills, able to multitask, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-fast environment
- Must be focused, detailed, oriented, and very thorough
- Analytical and inquisitive mind
