Car Detailer/Porter

Job Description

Summary: Laura Automotive Group is a growing, award-winning organization looking to fill a Detailer/Porter position in the Service Department to assist with cleaning new and used automobiles for customer car purchases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Washes vehicle exterior, cleans interior and exterior windows, and wipes down doorjambs
• Applies wax to auto body, and wipes or buffs surface
• Vacuums interior of vehicles to remove loose dirt and debris
• Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces using appropriate cleaning agents and devices
• Fills vehicle with fuel
• Keeps work area neat and clean
• Operates tools and equipment in a safe manner
• Other tasks as assigned
