Brand Sales Associate – AT&T Retail

Launch Point is currently hiring on behalf of our client for a Brand Sales Associate position in Baxter, MN.
Our client partners with AT&T, and we're looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to represent AT&T products and services within a retail environment.
As a Brand Sales Associate, you'll work directly with customers to introduce AT&T services, explain current promotions, identify customer needs, and help drive sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop hands-on experience in retail sales, customer engagement, and brand representation.
What You'll Do
- Represent AT&T products and services within retail locations
- Engage directly with customers through face-to-face conversations
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate AT&T services
- Explain current promotions, pricing, features, and benefits
- Assist customers throughout the sales and enrollment process
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Stay knowledgeable on AT&T products, services, and promotions
- Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training
- Provide a positive and professional customer experience
