We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Staff member to join our team. This is for our night shift position, the hours are from 10pm -6am, 5 days a week including weekends. This role is essential in providing exceptional interpersonal skills, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth shelter operations. Duties
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, providing excellent service
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls efficiently and professionally
- Help organize supply room and hand out supplies requested by those in need.
- Support office management by enforcing and following guidelines set for the Mission.
- Maintain calm environment and follow safety procedures in place at the Mission.
- Maintain phone etiquette and ensure timely responses to inquiries via phone or email.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient operation of the front desk.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills.
- Time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
