What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technology and Commercial Contracts Attorney (Remote) position at Latitude Legal?
Latitude is seeking attorneys with technology and commercial contracting experience to work on assignment with some of Latitude’s leading corporations in a variety of industries. Applicants must have extensive experience drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a wide variety of commercial contracts and technology agreements, including software and technology licensing, master services, statements of work, supply and distribution, cloud technology, cloud hosting, data colocation, domain-name ownership, SaaS, XaaS, resellers, professional services, manufacturing and development, and nondisclosure agreements. Prior experience at a corporate law firm, a sophisticated boutique firm, or in-house with a major company is preferred.
Minimum Qualifications Of The Technology And Commercial Contracts Attorney
Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position).
Benefits: In addition to compensation, all Latitude attorneys and other legal professionals working on contract engagements receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage for work or acts or omissions provided within the scope of a Latitude-authorized engagement. All Latitude employees (including those on contract engagements) are also eligible for full benefits when working 20 hours per week, including group medical, dental, and vision insurance, and complimentary group life, LTD and AD&D insurance. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
