Latitude is working with a leading company that is adding a Senior Contracts Paralegal to its Legal Department in Nashville. The ideal candidate has 6 years of paralegal experience with a strong emphasis on contracts and transactions, is comfortable owning a nationwide library of contract templates, and is ready to be a trusted resource for team members located across the country. This is a hands-on role: expect to maintain and update contract templates, drive the implementation of Contract Lifecycle Management and other automation software, and provide day-to-day paralegal support across contracts, licensing, and compliance matters. The successful candidate must have extensive experience utilizing and implementing legal technology, including state-of-the-art Contract Lifecycle Management and other contract automation software and applications.
This is an onsite role in Nashville, TN.
Basic Requirements For The In-House Senior Contracts Paralegal
Pay: The salary range for this role is $75,000 - $110,000. Pay is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, and credentials.

- Experience in real estate brokerage, brokerage licensing, or another highly regulated industry is a plus, but not required
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent paralegal certification/training is preferred
