Latitude Legal is seeking a mid- to senior-level Litigation Attorney with 5 years of experience in high volume personal injury litigation to immediately join the litigation practice group of a boutique Texas–based law firm on a full-time basis. This is an on-site permanent position in the Houston area. The role is well suited for an attorney who is eager to contribute to meaningful litigation matters and ready to take ownership of multiple cases while collaborating with a team of attorneys.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable taking ownership of matters independently, possess strong writing skills, and have substantial experience with plaintiff’s side personal injury matters. Responsibilities will include running depositions, writing briefs, preparing for and handling trials, and handling full cycle complex litigation matters, while collaborating with a highly experienced litigation team.
