Compensation Includes
- $100,000.00 base salary
- 5% bonus on net attorney fees from cases you settle
- 50% of attorney fees generated from the business you bring to the firm

Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
In This Role, You Will
- Handle injury cases from filing through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials
- Develop a case strategy alongside our litigation team
- Analyze medical records, evidence, and liability issues
- Communicate directly with clients and guide them through the litigation process
- Work closely with experts, medical providers, and support staff
- Move cases proactively and aggressively toward resolution
- Help improve litigation systems, workflows, and processes as the firm grows

Within your first 6–12 months, success in this role looks like:
- Managing litigation files confidently and proactively
- Building trust with clients through strong communication and preparation
- Moving cases efficiently while maximizing case value
- Becoming highly effective with our systems, technology, and workflows
- Working collaboratively with paralegals, case managers, and leadership
- Developing a reputation internally as someone who is organized, reliable, strategic, and prepared
- Helping strengthen the culture and performance of the litigation department
Required:
- Licensed in IL
- 3 years of litigation experience
- Experience with hearings, motion practice, discovery, and depositions
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and litigation strategy proactively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards and accountability
- Personal injury experience
- Trial experience or meaningful trial exposure
- Experience handling a high-volume litigation caseload
- Experience using modern legal technology and case management systems
