Latitude is partnering with a national leader in the insurance brokerage industry to add a Legal Operations Professional to their team. This is an exciting role for a legal operations professional with a proven track record of running legal operations within an in-house legal department. The person in this role will be instrumental in managing systems, streamlining workflows and partnering across teams to enable the client’s legal function to run efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you’re a tech-savvy legal ops professional who excels at bringing structure to legal operations, managing contracts end-to-end, and has a passion for identifying cost-saving opportunities, this might be the role for you!

Requirements For The Legal Operations Professional
- 5 years of legal operations experience within a corporate legal department, preferably at fast-paced or high-growth companies
- Experience owning and optimizing legal technology, including Legal Tracker, iManage, and Cobblestone.
- Proven ability to identify integration gaps, streamline workflows and drive automation where possible
- Ability to design and implement legal operational structures and KPIs to improve visibility, prioritization and efficiency across the team as well as support legal intake, triage and reporting processes
- Experience with reviewing internal and third-party processes to mitigate legal risk and cost and collaborating with multiple internal teams to align legal processes with broader business operations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Skilled in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, as well as experience with AIM, EPIC, and/or ImageRight considered a plus
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
