Part Time Litigation Paralegal (Engagement)

Latitude is seeking a paralegal with 5 years of litigation experience for an engagement to assist with litigation work at a corporate legal department in Atlanta (Buckhead / Midtown). You will largely be assisting with various litigation matters and other projects. The successful candidate must have an extensive amount of experience managing high volumes of matters across multiple practice areas, supporting discovery and tracking claim and case information in reporting systems. The successful candidate must also possess the demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment. This is a part-time role expected to be in the 15-25 hours per week range.

Requirements of the Litigation Paralegal:

• 5 years of litigation experience as a paralegal
• Extensive experience handling claims and cases in multiple areas (employment, compliance, regulatory, investigation, etc..).
• Experience tracking and updating case information in a software system such as CounselLink.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Outstanding references required

Compensation

The annualized compensation for this position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 or more. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location. In addition to salary, Latitude Engaged Professionals are W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week, including a Qualified 401k plan. Benefits-eligible Latitude employees receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D and professional liability insurance. Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
