This position is ideal for someone who has a strong foundation in corporate or commercial law and is ready to move beyond traditional firm or narrowly defined in-house work. The attorney in this role will partner closely with business leaders, advise on day-to-day operational matters, and help guide strategic decision-making across the organization.
