Our client is a publicly traded technology company that provides enterprise software solutions to institutional clients in a regulated environment. This growing, dynamic company is adding a Generalist Corporate Counsel to its in-house legal team to support a wide range of commercial agreements among all business functions, support due diligence in prospective mergers and acquisitions transactions, support compliance , data privacy review, and other daily legal support.
Basic Requirements For The In-House Corporate Counsel
The salary range is $150,000 - $170,000 with additional bonus eligibility and full benefits.
