Latitude’s client, a highly regarded boutique firm in San Antonio, is seeking a corporate associate attorney with 3 or more years of experience handling corporate matters, including transactions, commercial contracts, entity formation, and governance. This is an on-site position in San Antonio, and attorneys may work from home ½ day a week.
Requirements For The Corporate Associate Attorney
The compensation for this position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 per year plus bonus opportunity. Pay is based on numerous factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials and location.
