Latitude is seeking a Contracts Paralegal / Contracts Manager w/ legal ops. acumen to support the legal team of a real estate and parking operations company based in Chicago. This hybrid engagement offers the opportunity to work closely with the company’s executive legal leadership on a variety of impactful projects—ranging from contract drafting and review to contract lifecycle management (CLM) implementation and entity organization. Basic Requirements For The Contracts Paralegal / Contracts Manager
Pay: The annualized pay for this position ranges from $90,000 to $180,000 when calculated on a full-time basis. Pay for contract engagements is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, and market conditions.
Benefits: Latitude contract professionals are W2 employees eligible for full benefits when working 20 hours per week, including complimentary Group Life, LTD, and AD&D coverage, 401(k), and CLE/Professional Expense stipends.

Basic Requirements For The Contracts Paralegal / Contracts Manager
- 5 years of experience as a corporate paralegal or contracts manager
- Strong contract drafting and review skills, including experience with commercial agreements or real estate/operational contracts
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management systems (CLMs), ideally including template setup, implementation, and process adoption (experience with LinkSquares a plus)
- Experience supporting entity management and corporate governance (LLC documents, organizational records, etc.)
- Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred
- Outstanding professional references
- Type of role: Contract In-House Engagement
- Schedule: Full-time (potential to convert to longer-term role for the right candidate)
- Location: Hybrid, Chicago (in-office 2–3 days per week; WFH flexibility)
- Draft, review, and revise parking license agreements and other recurring business contracts
- Assist with the implementation and adoption of the company’s new CLM system (LinkSquares)
- Support template review, data migration, and contract coding within the CLM
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely contract execution and compliance
- Manage and organize entity documents, including LLC agreements, amendments, and filings
- Collaborate with outside counsel and streamline legal vendor management
- Support broader operational and corporate projects as assigned
