What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Litigators position at Latitude Legal?
Commercial Litigation Attorneys

We are currently recruiting experienced litigators for top law firm and corporate clients in Florida. The successful candidates must have 3 years of general, commercial or personal injury litigation experience in state and federal courts. The successful candidate must have prior experience at all stages of litigation, including document discovery, researching and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs and other court filings, depositions, status conferences and arguing motions.
Minimum Requirements For The Commercial Litigation Attorney
Pay: The annualized pay for this contract position ranges from $150,000 to $200,000 when calculated on a full-time basis.
Pay for contract roles is based on multiple factors including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, location, market supply/demand, and the candidate’s preference (each candidate’s pay rate affects the client bill rate which can affect the candidate’s competitiveness for the position.
Benefits: In addition to pay, all Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary professional liability insurance coverage. Latitude contract professionals are usually W2 employees of Latitude and are eligible for full benefits when working in roles for 20 hours per week. Benefits-eligible Latitude contract professionals receive complimentary Group Life, LTD and AD&D. A qualified 401k plan is also available. Benefits-eligible Latitude Attorneys also receive a CLE and Professional Expense stipend.
