Latitude is recruiting a California Plaintiffs’ Employment Litigation Attorney experience to join a successful virtual firm. This is an opportunity to develop a career at a firm where the attorneys and staff enjoy their work and camaraderie, while working on a completely remote basis. The firm offers a 1:1 paralegal to attorney ratio, providing the support you need to be your best. The successful attorney will be a dynamic individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience, at least 2 of which have been practicing plaintiffs’ employment litigation. The attorney should have experience with all aspects of case workup, from fact investigation through resolution, in cases involving the ADA, contract disputes, discrimination and harassment claims, terminations, compensation issues, and/or retaliation.


Requirements for the California Plaintiffs’ Employment Litigation Attorney

  • 3 years of litigation experience (at least 2 of those years MUST have involved plaintiffs’ employment litigation)
  • Demonstrated research and writing capabilities
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • Ability to work independently and to collaborate across the firm
  • Active California law license
  • Outstanding references

Position Details of the California Plaintiffs’ Employment Litigation Attorney

  • Type of role: Permanent
  • Schedule: Full-time
  • Location: Remote
  • Pay: The salary range for this role is $140,000 to $250,000, plus monthly performance bonus potential, unlimited PTO 10 paid holidays. Pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
