Latitude’s client, a large multinational commercial real estate company, is seeking a real estate attorney to join its innovative team as Leasing Counsel. This is a permanent position located in Century City, California. The successful candidate will have 7 years of experience (including at least 1 year in house) negotiating and drafting complex retail, office, and/or mixed-use lease documents and advising on legal matters related to commercial real estate.

Requirements For The Commercial Real Estate Leasing Counsel
- 7 years prior experience negotiating and drafting complex retail, office, and/or mixed-use lease documents, preferably in regional or flagship mixed use retail development settings
- In house experience providing advice to business teams on potential legal disputes including landlord/tenant legal issues and other real estate matters
- Excellent academic credentials from a U.S. accredited law school
- Strong communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate legal issues with nonlawyers at an organization
- Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
- Outstanding references
- Licensed and in good standing in the state of residence

- Location: Century City, CA
- Pay: The salary range for this role is $150,000 to $195,000, plus discretionary bonus potential. Pay is based on multiple factors, including but not limited to work experience, qualifications, credentials, and location.
