We are seeking an Accounting and Human Resources Administrator to support both financial operations and HR functions.
Position Overview
This role provides dual support across Accounting and Human Resources, ensuring efficient business operations through accurate financial management and effective employee administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing responsibilities across both functions.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management
- Maintain accurate accounts payable and accounts receivable records
- Prepare monthly financial reports and perform reconciliations
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and expense monitoring
- Process invoices, payments, and employee expense claims
Payroll Support
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure tax/regulatory compliance
- Track employee hours, benefits, and deductions
- Support year-end reporting activities and filings
Human Resources Support
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws
- Support performance management, engagement initiatives, and training coordination
- Help administer benefits and implement policy updates
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure adherence to financial and HR regulations
- Prepare internal and external reports, including those for auditors
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and employee data
What We’re Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field preferred
Experience
- 5–8 years of combined Accounting and/or HR administration experience
Skills
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and HR practices
- Experience with accounting software and HRIS systems (Sage and Paycor a plus)
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities

Salary : $60,000 - $80,000
