What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Engineer position at Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering?
We are currently seeking a Project Engineer to assist in the design and review of plans and specifications for residential, mixed use, office and commercial projects. Candidate should be a licensed engineer and have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a minimum 5-7 years of land development experience.
The candidate’s preferred project and technical experience would include preliminary engineering design, technical studies preparation, site plan preparation, preparation and processing of tentative and final subdivision maps, preparation and processing of public improvement and development plans, earthwork and drainage calculations and reports, as well as mapping experience.
Candidate must be licensed and proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
