Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering is seeking an experienced licensed Project Manager to lead complex commercial development projects, manage client relationships, and drive successful project delivery across civic, higher education, healthcare, and design-build markets.

About the Role
Latitude 33 Planning & Engineering is seeking a Project Manager to lead project delivery, client relationships, and team performance.
Studio Opportunities

What You’ll Do
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope
• Serve as primary client point of contact
• Lead project teams
• Ensure profitability and quality
What You Bring
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• California PE License Required
• Minimum 8 years of civil engineering experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and client management skills
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams and project delivery
• Strong background in commercial market sectors including:
- Civic
- Higher Education
- Healthcare
- • Experience with Design-Build project delivery preferred
- • Ability to manage budgets, schedules, staffing, and client expectations effectively
Required
• PE License – California
