We’re Hiring: Sales Coordinator (B2B & Account Management)

Latin Expo Group is the organizer of the largest auto parts, lubricants, and tire expo in Latin America, and we are looking for a Sales-driven, people-focused Sales Coordinator to join our Miami office.
This role is not an event-planning position.
It is a B2B sales customer relationship role focused on selling exhibition booths, managing exhibitor accounts, and following up with leads year-round.
If you enjoy talking to clients, following up, closing deals, and building long-term relationships, this role is for you.
What You’ll Do (Daily Reality of the Role):
• Sell exhibition booths to international B2B exhibitors (email, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn follow-ups)
• Manage exhibitor accounts from first contact to contract signed and beyond
• Follow up on warm and cold leads consistently — this is a high-touch sales role
• Maintain ongoing communication with exhibitors before, during, and after the expo
• Answer questions, guide clients through booth options, pricing, and contracts
• Support exhibitors onsite during the annual expo (Panama – once per year)
• Work closely with marketing to support promotions and exhibitor visibility
Who We’re Looking For:
• Someone comfortable with sales conversations and closing
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills
• Organized, persistent, and excellent with follow-ups
• Confident communicator who enjoys working with international clients
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) required
• Prior experience in sales, account management, customer success, or client services is strongly preferred
• Event experience is NOT required
• Must be able to travel to Panama once per year
• Must have full U.S. work authorization

• In-office only (not remote / not hybrid)

• Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
