Responsibilities
- Advise innovative clients across technology, healthtech, biotech, and emerging growth sectors
- Handle a broad range of commercial agreements (SaaS, licensing, strategic partnerships, privacy-related matters, etc.)
- Work closely with firm leadership and clients in a highly visible, client-facing role
- Opportunity to help shape and ultimately lead the firm’s commercial practice
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in commercial, technology transactions, or related practice areas
Required Skills
- Background advising tech, life sciences, or growth-stage companies
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills across a range of commercial agreements
- Interest in a more entrepreneurial, client-facing role
- Some business development experience or interest in developing a practice over time

Pay range and compensation package
