What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Associate Attorney position at Lateral Link?
Lateral Link is assisting a global law firm and repeat client with a new search seeking a mid-level to senior associate/counsel to support the Real Estate practice in Washington, D.C.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of relevant experience.
The practice handles a broad range and high volume of commercial real estate transactions, including representing institutional equity investors and private equity real estate funds in all phases of the investment cycle as well as sophisticated lending transactions.
Candidates should have experience in multiple areas of commercial real estate. Significant experience with acquisitions, dispositions, financings and joint ventures is preferred but not required.
