This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2–5 years of sophisticated real estate transactional experience to work on high-level matters for prominent clients, with a strong emphasis on data center transactions and commercial real estate finance.
The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of complex real estate transactions, including:
- Data center leasing and colocation agreements
- Acquisitions and dispositions
- Real estate due diligence and title review
- Negotiating and documenting secured real estate loans
- Commercial leases and financing transactions
- Managing closings and transaction workflow from start to finish
Candidates should come from a comparable law firm environment and demonstrate:
- Strong academic credentials from a nationally recognized law school
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple sophisticated matters simultaneously
