Lateral Link is working closely with a top AmLaw firm in Los Angeles regarding its search for a midlevel Labor & Employment Associate Attorney. This position can also be based in San Francisco. You will be mentored by excellent attorneys while you work on sophisticated matters in a growing practice. You will be joining an entrepreneurial practice with tremendous professional development opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have:
· 3 years of Labor & Employment management-side experience at a large law firm
· Significant defense-side employment litigation experience in matters involving wrongful termination, discrimination, unfair competition, PAGA, and wage and hour claims
· Advice and counseling experience
· Outstanding academic credentials
· A license to practice law in California (active and in good standing)
