Role Overview
The Marketing Analytics Consultant will play a pivotal role in driving data-backed marketing strategies for a leading technology client. The position involves leading the Lifecycle Marketing workstream for free users, enabling the client to make informed decisions that improve engagement, conversion, and retention across the user journey. The ideal candidate will blend analytical problem-solving with business acumen and stakeholder management to deliver actionable insights and measurable business outcomes.
Technical Skills & Tools
Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Power BI, Excel, and Databricks.
Experience working with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) or equivalent marketing analytics platforms.
Familiarity with data visualization, automation, and cloud-based data environments is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the Lifecycle Marketing analytics initiatives focused on user engagement and conversion optimization.
Conduct campaign performance measurement and present insights on effectiveness, ROI, and optimization opportunities.
Support target setting, performance tracking, and Return to Baseline (RTB) analysis for marketing programs.
Partner with stakeholders to design and evaluate A/B tests, providing statistically sound recommendations.
Deliver strategy consultation to marketing and product teams, translating analytics into strategic levers for growth.
Perform funnel and cohort analysis to identify behavioral trends and high-impact opportunities.
Translate analytical outcomes into data-driven stories and clear business recommendations.
Build and maintain interactive dashboards and automated reports to monitor marketing KPIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable AI implementation and automation in analytics workflows.
Manage stakeholder communication and ensure alignment between analytical output and business priorities.
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related quantitative discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience in Marketing Analytics and Consulting engagements for technology clients.
Exposure to digital marketing ecosystems, lifecycle marketing, and customer journey optimization.
