Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Market Research Analyst to partner with our market research teams and provide dedicated analytics support. In this role, you will go beyond surface-level reporting to deliver deeper analysis of survey data, uncovering the insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will combine strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and Power BI with modern AI tooling to automate workflows, optimize processes, and elevate the quality and speed of our research output. Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with market research teams to provide end-to-end analytics support across studies and projects.
• Perform deeper, advanced analysis on survey data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights beyond standard topline reporting.
• Design and execute both primary research (surveys, interviews, custom studies) and secondary research (industry reports, competitive intelligence, syndicated data) initiatives.
• Own survey data cleaning and validation, ensuring data quality, consistency, and readiness for analysis.
• Build and manage cross-tabulations (cross-tabs) to segment and compare results across audiences, demographics, and key variables.
• Develop queries, data pipelines, and analytical models using SQL and Python to process and analyze large research datasets.
• Create compelling, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate findings to research teams and business stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools such as Claude and Cursor to automate repetitive tasks, streamline analytics workflows, and drive process optimization across the research function.
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear narratives, visualizations, and recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve research methodologies, data processes, and reporting efficiency.
