About The Role
You will contribute to our technical approach to teaching agents how to understand and handle complex epigenomics data, working across end-to-end data analysis workflows from instrument outputs to real scientific decisions.
You will work as part of a team of software engineers and biologists building datasets to teach these agents to reason better across:

About The Role

- Sequencing QC → alignment & peak calling
- Chromatin accessibility analysis
- TF footprinting & motif analysis
- Histone modification → single-cell multiome integration
- Gene regulatory network construction
- 5 years hands-on experience with epigenetics or epigenomics data
- Proficiency in Python and/or R
- OTE 120k - 180k - Performance based pay
