Laser Shot has an exciting career opportunity for a Sales Support Specialist. We are seeking someone that can provide customer support by assisting with sales procedures. They will process quotes, handle sales-related problems, enter new orders, track orders, and manage customer accounts.
The ideal candidate has an Associates or Bachelor’s degree and two years of progressively responsible experience in an administrative or sales position. He or she must have a pleasant and courteous personality, be extremely detail oriented, possess strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements
- Answer and route incoming sales calls to appropriate sales personnel. Pre-screen and follow-up with leads.
- Handle logistics orders for internal and external events including travel, trade shows and customer demonstrations
- Provides pre-sales and post-sales assistance with tasks such as sales paper work, sales and sales quotes
- Prepare invoices preparation of pertinent reports, as well as other projects as assigned
- Updates managers by consolidating and forwarding daily action summaries
- Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
- Tracks sales expenses by tracking, consolidating, and summarizing expenses; forwarding for reimbursement
- Update database records in company CRM program (Activate)
- Support proposal preparation (gather data, print, bind, etc.)
- Correspond with customers who have inquiries regarding Laser Shot products or purchases.
- Record customer correspondence information and deliver to appropriate sales personnel
- Process orders for inner-office activities, product demonstrations, salesman equipment, and office equipment.
Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience/Qualifications
- Detailed knowledge and experience in MS office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to become proficient in multiple IT applications
- Excellent management and organizational skills
- 2 to 4 years’ experience in sales, sales support and accounting
- Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-up crucial
- Excellent written and oral communication
