Requirements
- Provide technical support and assistance to commercial, military, and law enforcement clients, as well as all end users, both virtually and on-site.
- Install and configure network and A/V cabling, computers, projectors, IP cameras, and other audiovisual equipment.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on Laser Shot components at client locations.
- Assist in coordinating and executing scheduled and unscheduled equipment installations, repairs, and service calls.
- Accurately complete and submit maintenance reports, service documentation, and other required paperwork.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and foster professional relationships with clients and team members.
- Adhere to company policies regarding expense reporting and remain accountable for travel-related budgets.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows-based applications, including Office Suite and various operating systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7 and newer).
- Strong understanding of current computer technologies, with solid mechanical, diagnostic, and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills; capable of delivering training sessions to large groups, including military and law enforcement personnel.
- Skilled in basic fabrication, cable routing, rack wiring, and termination techniques.
- Experienced in using standard test equipment, hand tools, and power tools for technical installations and repairs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues with computer systems, A/V systems, and other low-voltage installations.
- Physically capable of climbing ladders and lifting equipment up to 50 lbs.
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time.
- Works effectively in a team-oriented environment and maintains a professional demeanor at all times.
- Adheres to all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures and company policies.
- May be required to provide on-site training to customer support personnel.
- Flexible availability to work during the day, evenings, or weekends as needed.
- 2–5 years of military experience.
- Working knowledge of software applications relevant to system setup, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with firearms and marksmanship training is strongly preferred.
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
- Current First Aid certification or ability to obtain within a designated timeframe.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
