This is an on-site, full-time role based in Orlando, FL for a Government Sales Manager. The Government Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales within the government sector by creating business plans and strategies, managing customer relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves identifying and pursuing opportunities, managing accounts, developing sales processes, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue targets.
- Proficiency in Sales, Sales Processes, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in Account Management and ensuring Customer Satisfaction through ongoing relationship building and support.
- Strong Business Planning skills to develop strategies and execute plans for capturing government sector opportunities.
- Familiarity with selling or working within industries such as aerospace, defense, or manufacturing is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Knowledge of government procurement processes and contracts is a plus.
