Internal Medicine ProviderSalary: $200,000 /Year based on experienceLaSante Health Center is seeking an Internal Medicine Provider to join our multispecialty, community-based health center in Brooklyn. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering comprehensive primary and preventive care to adult patients, managing chronic conditions, and promoting overall wellness in a culturally diverse community.
