Clinic Overview:
• Full-time position
• Monday – Friday schedule
• Outpatient-focused internal medicine practice
• Collaborative practice with Primary Care Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and experienced clinical support staff
• Mix of clinic-based patient care including adult wellness visits, chronic disease management, and preventive screenings
• Focus on conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and other adult health concerns
Qualifications:
• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
• Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine residency program
• Active or eligible New York State medical license
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Strong clinical skills in adult primary care, chronic disease management, and patient education
