What’s the job?
- Lead modernization of enterprise web applications using .NET technologies
- Act as a hands-on Technical Lead (.NET) contributing to architecture and development
- Partner with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals
- Drive cloud enablement, application rewrites and platform upgrades
- Support and enhance legacy systems while improving performance
- Guide DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments
- Lead root cause analysis and resolve critical production issues
What’s needed?
- 5–7 years of experience as a Technical Lead (.NET) or senior developer
- Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core/.NET 6
- Experience with web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular or React
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven success modernizing legacy applications
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence without authority
