- Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Primavera P6
- Support scheduling activities for capital projects, maintenance initiatives, and outage-related work
- Monitor project milestones, critical path activities, float, and schedule performance metrics
- Partner with Project Managers and stakeholders to create and maintain accurate project schedules
- Perform schedule analysis, progress tracking, and forecasting activities
- Support resource loading, work prioritization, and schedule optimization efforts
- Identify schedule risks and develop recovery plans to mitigate project delays
- Assist with project controls activities including reporting, budget tracking, and performance measurement
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, maintenance, contractors, and vendors to support project execution
- Prepare project status reports and communicate schedule performance to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure scheduling practices align with established project management and operational standards
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or a related field preferred
- Associate degree with 2 years of relevant technical experience, or High School Diploma/GED with 4 years of relevant technical experience
- Experience developing and maintaining schedules using Primavera P6
- Experience supporting large industrial, utility, energy, infrastructure, or construction projects
- Strong understanding of critical path methodology, resource loading, schedule analysis, and project controls
- Experience supporting outage, turnaround, shutdown, or capital project activities preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with project teams
- Proficiency with project reporting, forecasting, and schedule performance tracking
- Experience in highly regulated environments is highly preferred
