Contact Center Sales and Service Advocate

LaSalle Network is hiring for a Contact Center Sales and Service Advocate with a industry-leading company known for their focus on customer engagement and sales growth.

This onsite opportunity is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys building relationships over the phone, is sales-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you are a strong communicator with a customer-oriented mindset, eager to earn commissions and grow your career, this could be the role for you!

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of inbound calls from existing and prospective customers
• Identify customer needs and handle customer service requests
• Upsell and cross-sell solutions to drive revenue and meet sales goals
• Provide accurate information while delivering a positive customer experience
• Update customer accounts and maintain detailed records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with the ability to overcome objections
• Comfortable working onsite, Monday through Friday, near Aurora
• Basic computer proficiency and experience using CRM or sales tools
• Previous inside sales, call center, or customer service experience preferred but not required

• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Compensation: $17.25-$20 hourly with the ability to earn commissions
