LaSalle Network is partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire a Quality Assurance Complaint Investigation Specialist for a fully remote opportunity in the Central or Eastern time zones.
This QA professional will own customer complaint investigations from initial review through root cause identification and corrective-action recommendations. The role will work cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience to investigate issues and ensure findings are thoroughly documented.

The role will work cross-functionally with Quality, Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Experience to investigate issues and ensure findings are thoroughly documented.
Responsibilities
- Lead investigations into customer quality complaints
- Determine whether issues are internally or externally driven
- Perform root cause analysis
- Gather and analyze production, quality, and operational data
- Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, and Supply Chain during investigations
- Document findings and supporting information in SAP
- Recommend and track corrective actions
- Communicate investigation results to stakeholders
- Identify complaint trends and continuous improvement opportunities
- Experience in Quality Assurance within a manufacturing environment
- Hands-on experience conducting complaint or quality investigations
- Strong root cause analysis skills
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing processes and quality fundamentals
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation abilities
- Ability to manage investigations across multiple departments
- SAP experience is preferred
- Remote opportunity
- Compensation: $32.00-36.00 per hour
