Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations within senior living housing communities
- Manage budgets and ensure alignment with funding and compliance standards
- Supervise leasing, occupancy and maintenance coordination
- Ensure senior living regulatory and documentation compliance
- Respond to resident concerns, emergencies and crisis situations
- Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements
- Coach, mentor and develop team members
- Associate degree required, bachelor’s preferred
- 3–5 years of property management or senior living operations experience
- In-depth knowledge of leasing, compliance and maintenance oversight
- Strong leadership and staff development skills
- Conflict resolution and crisis management expertise
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to obtain COS and ARM certifications within 12 months
- Compensation: $58,400 - $64,600 annually

- Work Model: Onsite | Frequent travel required
