Senior HR Specialist

A global beverage company with a $3B portfolio—including some of the most iconic names in juice, functional drinks, and chilled refreshments—is hiring a Senior HR Specialist to support its Bradenton, FL manufacturing plant.

Backed by decades of brand recognition and a fresh entrepreneurial mindset, this company is building the future of beverage innovation. In this HR role, you'll be hands-on in supporting frontline operations and people leaders—managing employee relations, compliance, hiring, and performance programs that keep the plant running smoothly.

What’s the job?

• Provide day-to-day HR support to plant leaders and hourly team members
• Guide team members on policies, benefits, employee relations, and process questions
• Partner with HR leadership to support employee relations investigations and resolution
• Ensure compliance with federal/state labor laws and internal policies
• Support staffing and onboarding efforts for hourly and salaried roles
• Assist in talent planning, performance review cycles, and employee engagement initiatives
• Contribute to culture, retention, and diversity-focused programs at the plant level
• Support labor relations efforts, including grievance tracking and resolution where needed
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and data integrity
  
  

What’s needed?

• 3 years of HR experience (generalist, coordinator, or specialist level)
• Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—comfortable supporting hourly employees and supervisors
• Solid working knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required
• Union experience (grievance handling, CBA familiarity) is a strong plus
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred but not required
