Senior Demand Planner

LaSalle Network is excited to help a global CPG leader find their next Senior Demand Planner—someone who’s not afraid to ask “why,” dive into data, and bring cross-functional teams together to solve real business challenges. This is a great opportunity for a planner who loves combining technical forecasting with big-picture thinking in a collaborative, growth-driven environment.

Senior Demand Planner Responsibilities

• Translate sales data into strategic demand forecasts across products and SKUs
• Reduce forecast variability and build more accurate planning tools
• Partner with sales, marketing, and ops teams to align supply with real-time market needs
• Lead collaborative demand meetings that bring clarity and agility to the planning process
• Track and share key performance metrics to identify wins and growth opportunities
• Flag potential imbalances before they disrupt supply—and solve them fast
  
  

Demand Planner Requirements:

• Experience in demand planning, especially within food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods
• Strong analytical skills and experience managing large datasets
• Skilled in planning tools like SAP or IBP and confident in Excel modeling
• Great communicator who can work across departments and present data clearly
• Always looking for ways to improve, simplify, and drive better outcomes

The budgeted pay for this role is $45-60/hour.
