What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Data Analyst position at LaSalle Network?
We’re looking for a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across supply chain and procurement functions with a client in the greater San Francisco area! This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, building meaningful reports, and translating data into insights that leadership can act on.
In this role, you’ll work heavily with SAP and other enterprise systems, using advanced Excel skills to analyze trends, track performance, and support operational and strategic initiatives. You’ll partner closely with teams across supply chain, procurement, finance, and operations to ensure data accuracy and deliver clear, actionable insights.

You’ll partner closely with teams across supply chain, procurement, finance, and operations to ensure data accuracy and deliver clear, actionable insights.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Analyzing large, complex datasets from SAP and other business systems
- Building and maintaining Excel-based models and reports to track KPIs and trends
- Creating dashboards and ad hoc reporting to support business decisions
- Ensuring data accuracy through validation and reconciliation
- Identifying opportunities to streamline reporting and improve data processes
- Presenting insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership
- 3 years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
- Strong experience working with SAP or a large ERP system
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH; macros preferred)
- Experience analyzing supply chain or procurement data
- Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
